yall- last week our growth guy Evan built this live GTM dashboard in about 5 min with Claude:

It pulls in everything - our signups, web traffic, user experience, outbound, SEO, etc numbers and keeps itself updated, summarizes trends, issues, and opportunities to increase top of funnel / conversion

Just connected two MCPs (Posthog, Origami), told Claude what he wanted to see, made 2-3 stylistic revisions, and now we get ALL of this.

Point is: dashboarding have been solved.
And if you work at a desk, should should absolutely be doing this

Whats On The GTM Dashboard

There are 5 main sections, each answers a core question

  • signups: “are we adding users fast enough vs our goals?”

  • traffic: “where are signups coming from? where do they land?”

  • outbound: “which outbound sequences are converting?”

  • inbound: “are we getting more pages, better pages, more reach?”

  • week-over-week: “how is it all evolving? where to double down?”

I dont share this to be some AI / growth-engineering ‘thought leader’ because most of that is just noise and clickbait, and there are many improper use cases for AI (plz stop using it to write your tweets guys) - but this is just such an OBVIOUSLY USEFUL thing to have your AI do

Two weeks ago (when we started dashboarding) we were sending 1,500+ outbound messages a week and getting a 2.7% reply rate. The dashboard showed us that many of those people weren’t good prospects; we refocused and cut back, only sent ~600 emails last week, and got a 9% reply rate. Fewer messages, MORE replies.

Now we are working on how we can convert those replies better to demos and paid customers. (the age old story)

How to Make Your Own

Anyone with a desk job can and should do something like this. Make your life easier, make your customers happier, impress your boss, win the day bro. How to in 5 steps

  1. Connect your data to Claude (MCP into your data sources, PostHog, Stripe, Hubspot, Google Analytics, whatever)

  2. Write down 3-5 core growth questions you actually ask yourself/team on a weekly basis.

  3. sAsk for a one page dashboard (Claude artifact or whatever) with sections that answer those questions with goal and context next to every number

  4. Revise a few times until the format is easy and useful. Cut anything you wouldn’t actually read (bloat = AI slop)

  5. Have the agent send you a recap every morning or week in Slack / email wherever

This directly saves us at least an hour a week from having to find the numbers and interpret them from different sources. And probably expedites weeks of cycle time and iteration on different marketing ideas.

Dashboarding and daily recaps are solved.
Your VP of Marketing in your pocket at your service

If you have any sort of desk job there’s no reason not to connect your data to Claude and build some dashboards. Next we will probably do the same for the dev side of our business

Happy Saturday yall.

Peace to my bro Tommy,
Ramsey
